Head of the PhD program specializing in the Wakf management system, member of the national Shari'ah fatwa authority for the Islamic finance industry at the level of the high Islamic council, member of the board of directors of the international institute of Wakf in Malaysia, advisor for several universities and research institutions internationally. Founding member of the Shari'ah control committee of the BDL Bank. Holder of a PhD in Islamic jurisprudence from the Faculty of Sharia at the University of Jordan, and a diploma in audit and internal control in financial institutions from the International Academy of Evaluation in Russia, certified accountant from the Cambridge Academy (CTC Britain), and a diploma in IT management from the American Institute of Specialized Studies (AIPS US), a certificate in financial modeling and control and evaluation from the United States Institute of Peace, and a diploma in market and financial institutions from the Higher School of Economics in Moscow, and a certificate in international commercial law from the European University RIGA in Latvia.
