Participation of the Public Procurement Guarantee Fund in the graduation ceremony of the 3rd batch of H.S.M.D.E students

The Public Procurement Guarantee Fund, represented by its Secretary General, Mr. Mustapha BELLOUZ, accompanied by executives from the Fund, participated on June 27th, 2024, in the graduation ceremony of the 3rd batch of the Higher School of Management and Digital Economy (H.S.M.D.E) and the honoring of distinguished students, as one of the official sponsors of the event, at the school's headquarters in the Kolea university pole.

Mr. Mustapha BELLOUZ delivered a speech on this occasion in which he stressed the importance that the CGMP attaches to sponsoring such events, as a form of encouragement to the students who are the executives of the future, and congratulated all the graduates, wishing them every success.

A cooperation agreement was signed during this ceremony between the Public Procurement Guarantee Fund and the Higher School of Management and Digital Economy (H.S.M.D.E), covering the fields of scientific research, study days, internships and participation in the jury for evaluating the graduation theses of the school's students.
